They suggest Serie A giants Napoli will make an approach to sign the 23-year-0ld in the January transfer window with a loan move or a permanent deal worth €25m.
And after hearing the report, Gunners fans flooded to Twitter to voice their thoughts on the situation, with many left fuming about how low Napoli’s potential offer is.
A few fans simply stated that the Gunners should look to keep him as he remains an important figure in their first-team.
Having now seemingly replaced Matteo Guendouzi in the starting line-up under Ljungberg, Torreira has established himself as a key component in the side.
